Order Processing

All our vinyl wraps are custom-made. Please allow up to 5 business days for production (printing, drying, and lamination) before your order is shipped.

Vehicle Information Required

To ensure a perfect fit, we require your car’s make, model, and year. If this information is not provided within 24 hours of purchase, we will ship the default size: 59×69 inches (1500×1750 mm).

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide — for free. Estimated delivery times:

• USA & Canada: 5–8 days
• Europe: 5–10 days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 days
• Rest of the World: 10–14 days

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

Customs & Import Duties

We ship all orders using DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means you may be responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by your country.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the courier and assist in resolving the issue.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for non-defective items, including incorrect installation or change of mind. For details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
