Because all products sold by CarDekor are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items.
1. Final Sale
Each wrap is printed and cut specifically for the make, model, and year you provide. For this reason, we cannot restock or resell returned items. Please double-check all information before submitting your order.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost. To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- If the defect is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
3. Not Covered
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements:
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (vehicle model/year)
- Color differences due to screen settings
- Improper installation or user damage
- Minor variations within normal production tolerances
