By accessing our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the following service terms. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, or merchants.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold at CarDekor are custom-made after your order is placed. This means:

• Each item is produced specifically for your vehicle based on the make, model, and year you provide.
• Processing begins immediately after purchase.
• Changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started.

Please ensure all information entered during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for sizing issues due to incorrect or incomplete vehicle data.

2. Production & Materials

We offer two material options:

• 3M™ 180C Cast Vinyl (Premium): Long-lasting, ultra-conformable, ideal for complex curves.
• Polymeric Vinyl (Standard): Cost-effective, bubble-free installation, suitable for flat to slightly curved surfaces.

All wraps are printed at high resolution and laminated for UV/weather protection.

3. Lead Times & Shipping

• Production time: 2–5 business days.
• Shipping time: 5–8 business days via UPS/FedEx.
• We ship worldwide using DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You may be required to pay local taxes or import duties upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations.

4. Returns & Defects

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the defect and your order number.
• If approved, we will send a free replacement.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing provided by the customer or a change of mind.

5. Usage Disclaimer

Vinyl wraps are designed for external use on vehicle hoods and are safe for factory paint when applied and removed correctly. We recommend professional installation for optimal results.

CarDekor is not liable for any damage resulting from improper installation, surface conditions, or failure to follow care instructions.
