Delivery Terms

CarDekor offers free worldwide shipping for all custom car hood wrap orders. Below you’ll find important information about our delivery process.

1. Processing Time

Each item is custom-made to fit your vehicle. Production typically takes 2–5 business days from the time your order is placed and confirmed.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or a similar tracked courier. Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 5–8 business days.

3. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped. Use it to monitor your package’s status in real time.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship globally using DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means customers are responsible for paying any local import taxes, duties, or VAT upon delivery. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, external factors such as customs inspections, weather, or courier issues may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
